Terms and conditions of sale
Preamble
The site is the property of AZURA, brand of the company AZURA in its entirety, as well as all rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. However, hypertext links to the site are allowed without specific requests.
1. Acceptance of the conditions
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between AZURA and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale shall prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly waived in advance in writing.
2. Products
The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors s are introduced, in no case can AZURA be held liable. The majority of products offered to its customers by AZURA are available in our warehouse.
3. Order
Automatic recording systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and from the date of the order. AZURA confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided by the customer. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order. AZURA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The information provided by the buyer when placing the order is binding on the buyer: in the event of an error in the wording the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which she could be to deliver the product.
4. Deliveries
After order confirmation, AZURA undertakes to deliver as soon as possible, and to ship the items in stock as quickly as possible by carrier, for items accepted by this La Poste service.
NB: The paintings are delivered within 1 to 6 working days depending on the colors and finishes. Exceptionally, this period may be longer when the factory is closed (end of year ...).
The wallpapers are made to order, delivery times are 10 to 12 working days. They cannot be delivered via the "express delivery" service.
If the shipment must be made via a carrier (for furniture in particular), the carrier undertakes by contract with AZURA to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by AZURA. In the case of transport using a cash on delivery system, the customer agrees to pay the carrier or its representative the full amount indicated when confirming the order. The delivery time for furniture is 6 to 8 weeks. We use several carriers depending on the region and some will make an appointment with you the day before the scheduled delivery date. The delivery of furniture upstairs is not included in the delivery.
In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered due to technical constraints linked to impossible access to the home or the physical impossibility of delivering inside the home, the return transport costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery of furniture is carried out by delivery people who are not equipped with moving equipment, so the delivery of this furniture can only be done by pedestrian access routes (corridors, elevators, stairs, access doors), and cannot be done through windows or by means of ladders or with handling equipment for the floors.
For the delivery of furniture to the islands of mainland France (Corsica, Noirmoutier, Groix, Ré, Oléron, Ouessant, etc.) delivery is made on estimate at cost price. Please contact us.
For deliveries outside of metropolitan France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received. Large items (furniture, deckchairs, etc.) as well as paintings can be delivered outside of the European zone under certain conditions. Please contact us.
All orders placed with AZURA are intended for the personal use of customers, customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from any partial or total resale of the products. AZURA therefore disclaims any legal liability if the customer does not pay the taxes.
Delivery will be made by a carrier chosen by AZURA in Metropolitan France. Delivery is made by direct delivery of the product to the recipient indicated, or in the event of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Deliveries in EEC countries are made by a carrier chosen by AZURA, for deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by international carriers chosen by AZURA.
In the case of a technical product, the customer will take particular care to check the proper functioning of the device delivered, to read the instructions for use provided to him. In the event of apparent defects, the buyer benefits from the right of return under the conditions provided in this document. The following are considered cases of force majeure releasing the seller from his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. Goods always travel at the recipient's risk. Always check your package upon arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of missing or damaged items.
When your package is delivered, it is imperative to check before signing the delivery note:
- that the package corresponds to what is noted on the delivery note and to what you ordered.
- that the package is in good condition. If you notice defective packaging, a crushed, open package or one that seems disputed, note specific reservations on the delivery note that the carrier will ask you to sign. If the package is visibly damaged aged, we ask you to refuse it, leave it with the carrier, or return it to the post office, then contact AZURA quickly. Acceptance of a visibly damaged delivery will not give rise to a refund.
For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer then only pays for one delivery. If the customer wants 2 delivery locations, he places 2 orders, with the related delivery costs.
In all cases, if you are absent from your home during delivery, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox with the contact details of the carrier or post office. AZURA cannot be held responsible in the event that the delivery services were unable to deliver a package in the absence of the recipient. The delivery services used by AZURA generally make one to three trips in the event of absence and leave a notice of attendance at each trip. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow the instructions given on these delivery notices in order to collect their order. In the event of repeated absence of the recipient or refusal of the goods, the packages will be returned to AZURA and it will be the recipient's responsibility to pay the shipping, return and any additional costs, as well as the costs of reshipping the order.

5. Withdrawal
The products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except for defective goods not related to the carrier.
6. Price
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed inclusive of all taxes and including VAT for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products, and the transport costs.
7. Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by AZURA.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment is made by the following means:
- by credit card; they will be carried out through the secure Stripe or Paypal system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
Your bank card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important since your numbers are known only to our banking partner.
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the relevant bank payment centers have given their agreement. In the event of refusal by said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. Furthermore, AZURA reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
